End of Summer. Cotswolds 31/08/2013
The Cotswolds have looked quite wonderful this year.
There was just enough rain to keep the pastures and woodlands lush and green, providing a splendid backdrop for Orchid hunting.
The last tiny Orchids of the year , The Autumn Lady's Tresses, were blooming on Swift's Hill, with the Slad valley looking suitably picturesque just before dusk.
